I'd recommend Chris to anyone. I interviewed 5 agents and Chris was the only one who was serious about answering my questions, provided references, and answered the very next morning. We've seen agents who failed to show up to their open houses, and overall don't take the job of being an agent seriously. I've done the research for you, with Chris you can tell this is his business and career, which is always the type of person you want.
